About the role

Most clients do not need more AI enthusiasm. They need someone who can tell them what is worth doing, what is not, and in what order. As an AI Consultant at ASC you run the advisory side of an engagement: you assess where a client actually is, find the use cases that pay off, and write a roadmap that survives contact with their reality.

You are technical enough to earn a delivery team’s trust and commercial enough to earn an executive’s. Your recommendations are grounded in what ASC can build, so the advice and the delivery stay connected rather than becoming a slide deck nobody acts on.

What you'll do

  • Run AI maturity and opportunity assessments with client stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases by value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Write roadmaps and business cases that a delivery team can pick up and execute.
  • Advise clients on data readiness, governance, and the organizational change AI requires.
  • Stay close to delivery so your recommendations reflect what can actually be built.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in management consulting, technology strategy, or a similar advisory role.
  • A working understanding of AI / ML: what it can do, what it costs, and where it fails.
  • A track record of recommendations that clients acted on and that held up.
  • Excellent structured communication: you can make a hard call clearly and defend it.
  • Comfort operating with senior client stakeholders, including at the executive level.

Nice to have

  • Domain depth in finance, healthcare, construction, or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience delivering, not just advising on, AI projects.
  • Working proficiency in Korean or Japanese.

How we hire

  1. 1

    Intro call

A short conversation about your background, what you want to work on, and how ASC works.

  2. 2

    Technical conversation

A working session on real problems in your area, closer to how we actually work than to a quiz.

  3. 3

    Team and offer

Meet the people you would work with, then a decision, usually within a week.
