ASC for Construction

Agentic AI for every project decision.

We bring agents onto the jobsite

Most construction software stops at storing documents and tracking tasks. We deploy agents that read the drawings, measure the quantities, answer the field, and act inside Procore, P6, and your BIM models, with every quantity, response, and change traced to its source for human sign-off.

Agentic operations

Field signals through agents into your systems

Every operations track runs the same path: a signal from the field, an agent that reasons over the drawings and the schedule, an action written back into Procore, P6, and your BIM models. The lanes run in parallel and in real time, so the jobsite and the back office never drift apart.

What we have built in construction

Representative engagements, anonymized. Each began with one workflow where autonomy moved the business, shipped to production.

Autonomous takeoff

A regional commercial general contractor

Problem

Estimators spent 6 to 8 hours per bid manually measuring quantities from PDF drawings, capping the firm at roughly 4 bids a week and forcing it to no-bid work it could have won.

What we built

ASC built a takeoff agent that ingests drawing sets and specifications from the firm's bid-management system, measures assemblies across architectural and structural sheets, reconciles them against the spec book, and writes a priced, line-item quantity report back into their estimating platform for an estimator to approve.

Outcome

Initial takeoffs now complete in about 12 minutes, 60 to 90 percent faster than manual measurement, letting the team pursue far more bids without adding headcount.

takeoffs in ~12 min

Generative scheduling

A national infrastructure builder

Problem

Master schedules on large civil projects took planners weeks to build and were stale within days, with crews idling against sequencing conflicts that pushed milestones months past target.

What we built

ASC built a scheduling agent that reads project scope, resource calendars, and procurement lead times from the firm's P6 and ERP systems, generates sequenced options under crew and material constraints, and surfaces the critical path and conflicts to planners before publishing the accepted plan back into P6.

Outcome

On pilot projects the agent delivered up to 20 percent schedule acceleration, recovering 60 to 90 days against the original baseline.

Submittal review

A healthcare construction specialist

Problem

Project engineers spent 45 to 90 minutes reviewing each submittal against the specs, and the backlog drove an estimated $100K a month in avoidable rework when wrong material shipped to the field.

What we built

ASC built a submittal review agent that pulls submittal packages and governing spec sections from the firm's Procore environment, checks each product against the requirements, flags deviations and missing data with citations, and drafts a recommended disposition for the engineer to confirm.

Outcome

Submittal review dropped from 45 to 90 minutes to 10 to 15 minutes per package, clearing the backlog and avoiding roughly $100K a month in rework.

The platform

The stack lives in your tenant. Agents act on a decision layer built from your systems, every action audited and reversible, with ownership transferred to your team.

Impact

Outcomes you can underwrite

Gain an advantage

  • Up to 20 percent lower project cost and around 30 percent less rework before it compounds downstream.
  • 30 to 50 percent fewer safety incidents on AI-monitored sites, with risk scored before work begins.
  • Around $100K per month in avoided rework on a single large build, with cited, verifiable answers.

Deliver at speed

  • Full-plan takeoffs in about 12 minutes instead of hours, a 60 to 90 percent time reduction.
  • Up to 20 percent schedule acceleration, recovering 60 to 90 days on large builds.
  • Submittal reviews cut from 45 to 90 minutes down to 10 to 15 minutes.
