AML triage
A regional commercial bank
An AML team of 22 analysts cleared roughly 4,000 transaction-monitoring alerts a month, with more than 90 percent closing as false positives and genuine SAR cases waiting days behind the queue.
ASC built a triage agent on top of the bank's case-management and core-banking systems. For each alert it pulls counterparty history, transaction context, and prior dispositions, scores it against the bank's own typologies, and drafts the SAR narrative in the bank's template, cited to source records, so an analyst reviews and signs rather than starts from blank.
Only the riskiest alerts now reach a human, review time fell sharply, and monitoring cost dropped while SAR quality held.
